On-boarding can vary depending on the size and complexity of your business. Generally, our clients are up and running within 30 days.
Will I be locked into a long-term commitment?
We do not require any long-term commitments. A proper transition off of an accounting plan typically takes 30 to 60 days depending on the size and complexity of your business.
How much will I save by outsourcing my accounting?
Specific savings will be depend on your situation. Our fees are significantly less compared to hiring internally.
How do you bill and are there any up-front costs to get started?
Accounting plan fees are fixed and billed 30-days in arrears. If professional time is required to bring your accounting records current in order to get started, we will work with you to come to a mutually agreeable fee that will included on your first bill.
Are your plan prices fixed?
Just like hiring internally, our plan fees are fixed. Unlike hiring internally, we can scale up or down if your needs change.
My company has unique needs. Can we choose between services to create a custom plan?
Yes. Our Silver, Gold, and Platinum plans are the building blocks for custom accounting services. We will work with you to create a plan that is exactly right for your needs.
How are you able to provide a team of experienced professionals for less than the cost of hiring a single individual?

Yes. You can try out our accounting plans completely risk free for the first 30-days of service. Any professional time required to bring accounting records current will be billed separately.
